Hi!  Thank you for visiting my webpage.
I will update this every once and a while to let everyone know what is new and exciting in the life of ... the famous me.

A Little Bit About Myself:

I was born on April 3, 1980 in Orange California.  I am the daughter of Steven and Adelita Zeier and sister to Matthew, Christopher, Alexander and Dominic Zeier; and sister-in-law to Amelia Zeier.

Here's What I'm Up To:

Well, it is finally official!  I am a Loyola University Chicago Graduate!  I finished my student teaching at Lake Park High School in Roselle, completed all of my requirements for a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics on May 10, 2003 (be sure to check out the pictures that my brother has put on the Zeier family website)!  I finished my college education with a GPA of 3.42.  My parents, grandma, and my 4 brothers were present and it was such a great day ... even more so to me because my family was there to celebrate it with me.

I am now in the process of going on interviews and waiting to find out where I will end up in the fall. Prayers and good thoughts are welcomed!

I can still be found at Church of the Holy Spirit many times, where I do a lot of volunteer work, and sometimes where I like to just hang out (especially with Annaliese).  I am a level coordinator of 2nd grade Religious Education as well as a teacher for a class of 2nd graders; plus I am also a facilitator in the Confirmation Program.  I was given the wonderful opportunity to teach these two classes to fulfill my desire to teach and I am loving every minute of it.  In 2001, in fact, I was awarded the George J. Kane Award for Excellence in Catechisis.  I am a member of the 9:15 mass choir where I play guitar and occasionally violin, besides sing; I am active in all the softball leagues at Church of the Holy Spirit as the Head Umpire for the youth softball leagues and as a player for the Women's league and 18+ co-ed league; and I help out with the teen mass, giving homilies on occasion.  Additonally, I have recently taken on the role of Youth Page Editor for the parish newspaper entitled Spirited Times.  And again...sometimes I'm just there for the heck of it.

I have been trying out a new "talent" as I take pottery classes at the local recreation center - I've made quite a few things like bowls, plates, mugs, and other miscalaneous items.   During the summer I will also be working at Huntington Learning Center.  I am mostly utilized in helping students with math skills but occasionally help with the reading and writing materials (which I find is actually helping me become a better reader!).  Other hobbies include writing (mostly poetry and music), puzzles, coloring, hanging out with friends, and relaxing (when I can find time).  I am also involved in a play titled Lady on the Rocks.  It is a four person play dealing with the effects of alcoholism on the family and friends.  Our group performs the play at a local rehab center every four weeks.

If there is anything else you'd love to know about me, send me an email .
